Positions Available

Panel Manager/Resource Development Manager

Position Panel Manager/Resource Development Manager
Division Panel/Resource Development Unit, Marketing Research Division
Responsibilities & Duties Panel Recruitment :

Maintain existing and recruit new panelists to the panels by utilize existing vendors, as well as develop new potential resource.

Panel Management:

- To maintain the panel activity with quality.
- Panel cleaning, Panelists' incentive redemption handling, Panelists' inquiry handling.
- Perform and manage other panel operation activities: profiling update, announcement, panel site monitoring.
- Regular update and report to keep the cross function team/head quarter the latest major panel trends and issues

Other resource development and supports

- Proactively develop and manage the relationship/alliance with Japan domestic or oversea companies for potential resource development
- Initiate, Coordinate, and Manage internal cross-unit Projects
- Project operation support in terms of language check/localization, local insight feedback
- Business development support
- Other general business operation support

Qualification, Skills and Experience - BA / MA degree, ideally in Marketing Research
- 2+ year work experience in Market research, Advertisement, Marketing, Purchasing or Sales dealing and coordinating with clients overseas, vendors and team members in offshore locations
- Excellent Project Management/Coordination skills
- Communication, Negotiation skills
Language
- English - Business level for Writing/Reading/Conversation.(TOEIC 900+ equivalent level )
- Middle level Japanese skill (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 above).
- IT skill - Good at MS office, especially in EXCEL/ Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
- The ideal candidate would be: Proactive, Self-motivated, Open minded, Positive and Excellent Communicator.
- Interest in IT industry trends. International minded, team spirit and multicultural oriented
Work Hours 9:30-18:30, Flexible work hours
Compensation Base Salary+Incentive Bonus 
*Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Location Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan (JR/Hibiya Line, Ebisu Station)
Holiday Saturdays, Sundays, National Holiday, Summer holiday (3 days) and Year-end holiday

Note Transportation expenses are fully reimbursed. 3-month Probation Period
