This notice is to announce that K. K. Kyodo News（President/CEO: Hisafumi Koga ）has acquired shares in AIP Corporation (CEO: Hidefumi Watanabe, hereafter referred to as "AIP") on Wednesday, October 26.

K. K. Kyodo News acquired 2.5% stake in AIP capital through acceptance of allocation of new shares to a third party.

Background to Acquisition of Capital
K. K. Kyodo News is an information services company engaged in a wide variety of business activities, including offering PR support and international information services to businesses and government, as well as holding lectures and selling publications and photographs. AIP provides unique multi-country research services through operations combining its specialized research system developed in-house and proprietary panels covering Japan and 14 other countries/regions to achieve survey results for over 2,000 projects conducted across more than 45 countries a year.

While the two companies formed a business partnership in May, 2011, through this capital acquisition, they aim to strengthen further their cooperative relationship and promote positively future development of new PR and information goods and services.
